Refund policy

Memberships

Membership fees are non-refundable except in cases where:

• A duplicate payment was made in error.
• An administrative error resulted in an incorrect charge.
• The membership application is declined by the organization.

Refund requests related to these circumstances must be submitted in writing within 30 days of payment.

Event Tickets

Unless otherwise stated for a specific event:

• Event tickets are non-refundable.
• Tickets may be transferred to another individual if approved by the organization prior to the event.
• If an event is cancelled by the German Canadian Club of Calgary, ticket holders will be offered either a full refund or a credit toward a future event.
• If an event is postponed or rescheduled, purchased tickets will automatically remain valid for the new date. Refund requests due to rescheduling will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
